These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Spina Manufacturing LLC website, online store, and any purchases made through our e-commerce platform.  By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from our website or use our services.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
   
• Interfere with website operations
   
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
   
• Provide false or misleading information
   

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

We strive to accurately display all product information.  However:

• Colors and appearance may vary due to display settings
   
• Product availability may change without notice
   
• Prices may be modified at any time 

We may discontinue products without prior notice.

By placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing and shipping information
   
• Authorize charges to your payment method 

We reserve the right to:

• Limit order quantities
   
• Refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud

Shipping times are estimates and may vary.  Ownership of products transfers to you once they are turned over to the shipping carrier.

All sales are final. Products purchased from Spina Manufacturing LLC are nonrefundable unless the item is determined, upon inspection after return, to be defective due to a manufacturing error.

To request a return for a suspected defect:

• You must contact us at sales@spinamanufacturing.com within 14 days of receiving the product.

• You must provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the alleged defect.

• If approved, you will receive return instructions.

• Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

• If we determine the product was defective due to manufacturing issues, we will issue either:
   
  • A replacement product or
     
  • A full refund to the original payment method
     
• If the product is determined not to be defective, no refund will be issued and the product may be returned to you at your request and expense.
   

Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, improper installation, modification, or accidents are not considered defective and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

All website content—including product images, designs, text, and logos—is owned by Spina Manufacturing LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce or distribute content without our written permission.

If you create an account:

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
   
• You must notify us of unauthorized use 

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may not:

• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
   
• Attempt to disrupt website functionality
   
• Scrape or copy website content
   
• Use automated systems to access the website
   

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spina Manufacturing LLC is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   
• Lost profits or revenue
   
• Data loss or corruption
   
• Unauthorized access to your information 

Your exclusive remedy is to stop using the website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to any state's conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
